Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to every province in Türkiye. We do not ship abroad at the moment.

Times

Orders are packed on the weekly roast day and handed to the courier the next business day. After dispatch, delivery within Ankara usually takes 1 business day and other provinces 1–3 business days. Equipment orders leave from stock within 1–2 business days. Public holidays and severe weather can extend these times.

Costs

• Shipping is free on orders of ₺1,500 and above.
• Orders under ₺1,500 carry a flat shipping fee of ₺120.
• Subscription and gift subscription parcels always ship free.
• You can collect free of charge from our café in Çankaya, Ankara; just write "collect at café" in the order note.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, the tracking number is sent by email and SMS. You can change the delivery address until the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

If the parcel arrives damaged, please have the courier record it before accepting delivery and write to us within 48 hours with photos. We resend damaged or missing items free of charge.

Coffee

Coffee is a perishable food product roasted and ground to your order. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to opened or ground coffee bags. If you are not happy with the coffee, do write to us; we want to sort it out together. Where the fault is ours, such as a roasting defect, the wrong grind or the wrong product, we replace it free of charge.

Equipment and gift cards

Equipment can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to a defect. Once the returned item reaches us, the refund is issued within 14 days by the original payment method. Gift cards can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unused.

How to return

1. Write to us via the contact page or at merhaba@roasterlab.com.tr with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and a courier code if available.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging so that it cannot be damaged, and send it.

Subscription

You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time. If the cancellation reaches us before the next roast day, that month's parcel is not sent and nothing is charged. Gift subscriptions are paid once; unused months are refunded to the buyer.
