Parties

These terms apply between Roaster Lab Kahve Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Roaster Lab", "we") and the person placing an order through or using the roasterlab.com.tr website ("you"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Ordering

When you add products to your cart and fill in the order form on the site, you send us an order request. Until online payment is introduced, an order becomes final when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp and share payment details. We reserve the right not to confirm an order, or to contact you to correct it, in cases such as stock or pricing errors.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately in the order summary and follows the rules on the shipping and returns page. We may change prices without notice, but the price of a confirmed order does not change. Payment is made by the method stated in the order confirmation (bank transfer or card at the café). If payment does not arrive within 3 business days, the order is treated as cancelled.

Delivery

Coffee is packed on the weekly roast day and handed to the courier the next business day. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we help you follow them up. Please check the parcel on delivery and have any damage recorded.

Right of withdrawal

Equipment and gift cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Coffee, as a perishable food product roasted and ground to order, is excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Subscription

The subscription is paid monthly and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests that reach us before the next roast day stop that month's parcel. We give at least one month's notice of price changes.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used on all products on the site and at the café.

Product information

Tasting notes, altitude and harvest information are based on what we receive from producers and importers and on our own cupping; tasting notes are a subjective guide. Product images are representative and packaging may differ slightly.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, illustrations, logo and packaging design on the site belong to Roaster Lab or are used under licence. They may not be copied for commercial purposes without written permission. You are free to share the brew guides for personal use; a credit would make us happy.

Accounts and security

The site has no user accounts. Your cart is stored in your browser; on a shared device we suggest emptying it.

Liability

We provide the site as is and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction within the statutory monetary limits. We ask that you write to us first; most issues can be solved with a single message.
