How it works

1. You choose

Pick the length, add the recipient's address and your note. Tell us if you want it to start on a particular date.

2. They set their preference

With the first parcel we send the recipient a short card; they tell us filter or espresso and which grind with a single message.

3. Fresh coffee every month

On every roast day two bags leave with the coffee's story and a recipe card. When the period ends, neither you nor we need to do anything.

Questions

When does the recipient get the first parcel
It is prepared on the first roast day after your order and shipped the next business day. For a specific date such as a birthday, add it to the order note and we will plan accordingly.
Does the recipient see the invoice or price
No. The parcel contains only the coffees, your note and the recipe card. The invoice is emailed to you.
What if the recipient wants to continue
When the period ends we send the recipient a card so they can start their own subscription; they can carry on under the same terms, or do nothing at all.
How do I pay
Online payment is being set up. We take your request through the form and payment is made once, by bank transfer or by card at the café.
