Courses

The best way to understand coffee is to get your hands on it. We work in small groups, with plenty of tasting, in the training room at our roastery.

How it works

Little theory, many cups

Every course runs with a maximum of six people; everyone gets their own brewing station and grinder. Courses are held in Turkish, with English support when needed. Participants leave with a bag of the coffee we used in class.

Write to us for dates and availability; we prepare separate programmes for corporate groups. Prices below are indicative and confirmed at registration.
