One address, three rooms: the roaster, the bar and the training room. All in Ankara, all under one roof.

Address: Use the address and map link on the contact page; the roastery is not on a main street, so checking the map on your first visit is a good idea.

Café hours: Weekdays 08:30–18:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, closed Sunday. Holiday hours are announced on our Instagram.

Roast days: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Friday as needed. No appointment is needed to watch; you can see behind the glass partition from the bar side.

Training room: Closed on course days. For the course calendar and corporate group requests, write to us through the contact page.

The roaster

On the drum roaster we commissioned in June 2026 we work at roughly half capacity. Every batch's curve is logged and every batch goes on the cupping table blind the next morning. Green coffee waits in a cool, dark store, raised off the floor.

Roastery tour

The bar

A short menu: that week's filter coffees as V60 and batch brew, the espresso blends with and without milk. On the shelf, all our coffees and basic brewing equipment. Try a coffee at the bar before you take a bag home.

The training room

Right next to the roaster, behind a glass partition, a six-station room. The brewing course and barista basics are held here, as are staff trainings for our wholesale partners.
