Hario V60 02

The V60 is the brewer we use most at the roastery. Its cone shape, spiral ribs and single large opening leave contact time up to your pouring speed, which makes it both flexible and instructive. The ceramic body holds heat well and lasts for years.

Size 02 covers a single cup up to a carafe for two or three. It comes with a measuring spoon and 10 paper filters to get started. See our V60 guide for ratio and steps.

Rinse the paper filter with hot water, use medium-fine coffee at 1:15–1:16, bloom for 45 seconds and aim for 3 minutes in total.
