Timemore C3 Grinder

The single most effective thing you can do for coffee at home is grind right before brewing. The C3 is one of the most consistent hand grinders available at this price: steel conical burrs, a dual-bearing shaft and a stepped adjustment ring make every setting from filter to French press repeatable.

The 25 g chamber is exactly enough for one V60 or AeroPress. Start around 18–22 clicks for filter and 26–30 for French press. It is not designed for espresso, though a fine setting works for a moka pot.

Always adjust grind by brew time: if the cup is sour and weak, go finer; if bitter and heavy, go coarser. Brush the burrs clean once a week.
