Gooseneck Kettle

Half the control in pour-over brewing comes from the water: how much, where and how fast you pour. The thin gooseneck spout lets you pour slowly and in circles, and the balanced handle does not tire your hand. Temperature adjustable to the degree makes targets such as 93 °C for light roasts or 88 °C for dark roasts repeatable.

The 0.8 litre capacity is enough for two large cups, and the hold function keeps water ready for a second brew. Every temperature we suggest in our V60 and Chemex guides can be set on this kettle.

Start at 92–94 °C for light roasts, 90–92 °C for medium and 86–90 °C for dark. Return the kettle to its base between pours so the temperature holds.
