House Blend

House Blend is the coffee that sits in the machine at our café from morning to evening. It is made from two of our producer partners' coffees: a natural Brazil Cerrado for body and chocolate, and a washed Colombia Huila for sweetness and a light citrus lift. We adjust the ratio slightly by season, but the character in the cup stays the same.

Milk chocolate and nougat sweetness with a gentle orange freshness behind it. Soft and balanced as a straight espresso; with milk it turns into sweet cocoa and biscuit. A morning coffee that never tires you, and one everybody likes.

We roast the components separately and blend afterwards, so each coffee stays at its own ideal profile. Medium roast; designed for espresso but easy to drink as filter too.
