AeroPress

The AeroPress is one of the few brewers that makes the same coffee at home and on the road. Full immersion followed by gentle pressure gives an intense yet clean cup in a short time. It is close to unbreakable, cleans in seconds and forgives small mistakes in grind or temperature.

It works well both upright and inverted; we suggest keeping the ratio between 1:14 and 1:16. The box includes 350 paper filters. See our AeroPress guide for the steps.

15 g coffee, 225 g water (1:15), medium grind, 90 °C. Steep 1 minute, stir 10 seconds, press slowly over 30 seconds.
